We missed it, never mind. Something special happened instead. Every cloud has a silver lining.
It happened that one of the teams of Iron Swim missed BVSC Autumn Cup due to the headcount limit. In return the kids got more memorable experience. We organized a home race for themselves, the first Cupa de Lazar. The whole families came and participated: they swam, made the timing, called the swimmers, put together the medals, registered the results, baked the cake, cheered or consoled the kids. Power of community worked.
